Agreement and Website Use
These Terms of Service govern access to the SKOVELIA™ website, product information, customer support channels, and related store features operated by Hangzhou Yienmei Technology Co., Ltd. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not interfere with another visitor’s access or with the store’s operation.

Support, Returns, and Delivery
Customer questions are targeted for review within 3 business days. Standard logistics transportation is estimated at 5–7 days after dispatch. Return requests may be submitted within 60 days, and an approved refund is generally completed within 7–10 business days after the applicable review and approval. Enforcement and Changes
We may suspend or limit access where necessary to address abuse, unlawful conduct, security risk, infringement, or material violation of these terms.
